​Participants will develop leadership capabilities to address gender disparities and lead inclusively within the energy sector, particularly in South Asia.

Learners will gain a solid grasp of the challenges and solutions in integrating renewable energy into existing power systems, focusing on grid stability and flexibility.

Participants will become proficient in understanding and applying emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain to improve power system operations, enhance grid resilience, and facilitate renewable energy adoption.

The program will foster collaboration among mid-career women professionals across South Asia, encouraging knowledge sharing, mentorship, and partnership development in the energy sector.

Participants will conduct a group project on relevant topics in consultation with an expert/supervisor, then prepare a report and presentation during Capstone week.

During Capstone weeks, all participants and group project advisors meet in-person at AIT and conclude the entire program’s outcome with different activities ranging from field visits, targeted expert talks, networking, certificate distributions, etc.
